New release: Retouch Link 3

Retouch Link 3 was released on 2 March 2026.

Changes and improvements:

• Files verified one by one after download to improve retoucher efficiency.

• Improved usability and stability.

• Retouch instructions and file information available as txt/csv/json files.

• Removed some rarely used functions to streamline the application and settings.

• Deleting an activity retouch assignment before being uploaded will reset retouch statuses.

  
  

How to transition:

• We strongly recommend that you complete and upload all downloaded retouch tasks in Retouch Link 2 before updating to Retouch Link 3.

• Requirements before install:

  • Windows 11 or Mac OS X, Big Sur (limited to 3 newest main releases)

  • Sufficient disk space and RAM available

• Visit HVP Solutions Knowledge Base to download your appropriate installer.

• Retouch Link 2 settings are automatically imported into Retouch Link 3.

FAQs:

• Is it possible to select if one would like to download specific retouch types?

  • Yes, Users may now have multiple Retoucher download types (see screenshot below).

• Is it possible to run RL2 and RL3 simultaneously?

  • Both can be installed, but once RL3 is installed you should not download any new retouch assignments in RL2.
